Welcome to our Plato Gallery (“Plato”), the online platform of the advertising agency Digital Motions Pictures Datenverarbeitungs GmbH ("DMP" or "we" or "us").   • For the purpose of using AI-based chatbot features when providing our service.

  • To fulfill legal obligations, if necessary (e.g., disclosing your data to law enforcement authorities when legally required).

6. One time subscription Duration

While our one-time fee subscription is intended to provide lifetime access, please note that "lifetime" refers to the duration of the service provided by our agency. This duration is subject to the continued operation of our systems and services.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to agency closure, system shutdown, hacking incidents, or other factors beyond our control, we reserve the right to discontinue the service. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers in advance. However, no refunds will be issued for the one-time fee, as it is considered a purchase of a product with immediate and ongoing access.

7. Content Responsibility

As a user of our service, you are solely responsible for all content that you upload or share on our platform. This includes ensuring that your content does not violate any copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or other applicable legal regulations.

If you upload content that is found to be in violation of copyright laws, contains explicit or sexual material, or breaches any legal or ethical guidelines, you will be held accountable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or applicable laws and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your account.

8. Data Loss Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain the highest levels of security and reliability, we cannot guarantee the absolute safety and preservation of your data. In the event of data loss due to system failure, hacking, human error, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we are not liable for any resulting damage or loss.

Users are responsible for keeping their own backups of any data uploaded to or stored on our platform. We will make reasonable efforts to recover lost data where possible, but we cannot guarantee its restoration. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential data loss and agree that we are not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from such events.
